How much is the diagnostic fee for troubleshooting request?

Our standard weekday residential diagnostic fee is $129. We evaluate the issue and explain the recommended repair and price before moving forward. The diagnostic fee is waived when the repair price is approved. After-hours rates and applicable travel charges are discussed when scheduling.

Do you offer after-hours service?

Yes, based on availability. Call 865-432-1802 to discuss your issue and confirm scheduling and pricing.

How do I request service?
